"The property is very splendid impressive , the staff are consistently well trained and approachable. However we were disappointed with the lack of pressure from the shower, air conditioning worked on winter mode I.e. came on twice a day. The outside pool was under repair, and we found the service to be rather slow."

The location on the Ribeira is ideal for people who like to walk: a short stroll to the river and the port houses of Gaia, and also to the restaurants up the hill in Porto.Our companions did not like the hard bed in the main floor bedroom, and they complained also about noise at all hours from the street traffic.It was a great place to relax in the evenings, after many thousands of steps during the day."
