Within walking distance of the main train station (maybe 8 minutes). Straight walk down to Nowy Swiat and the Old Town area (15-20 mins). Hotel is spotlessly clean. Rooms are a fair size with good bathroom and shower facilities. Great breakfast with so much to choose from - You will eat well here! Cannot complain. I would stay here again! DN.

I tried changing the dates on my reservation. They told me I can't. The reservation was nonrefundable. Never again will I deal with Expedia and Novotel. Time for these companies to go away.

Having the train station just across the road, walking distance to the old town and to many other sites such as Łazienki Park makes this hotel a perfect choice for accommodation. Staff are very helpful. The breakfast is great. Only one thing I noticed since my stay 6years ago is that you get disposable cups in your room instead of ceramic ones, making it very hard to hold with hot tea. One could unsuspectingly drop the cup with hot tea in it. Wondering why the move to dispose cups. S
