Definitely 10/10. Amazing views and amenities great staff, terrific location. Nice suite room. Only feedback to make this an 11/10 would be adding a rack of free weights or a set of bowflex SelectTech to the weight room / siłownia. Great cardio machines tho. Also the front desk 9701 and room service 9802 numbers were unclear but was able to connect and got vey promptly and excellent service. Would definitely stay again.

We had a suite on the 10th flour with incredible view towards the Baltic sea. The room itself was clean, spacious and we haven't had any problems with the amount of water for shower/bathtub. The breakfast had everything you could dream of. The staff was always very friendly and helpful all the time. We also haven't had any problems with waiting for the elevator or any other trouble like some reviews says

Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the bar was closed. Both were a reason for us to go there, it's a pity that it wasn't available, but above all that it wasn't announced. There was no apology and no justification. At the prices we paid for a suite, it was a no go.

We stayed in a superior room with view but we found a bit tight for 2 people , the front desk recommended the presidential suite ,,, on the 12 th floor it was 1000sqft , and the view from it was spectacular we agreed to take it, however the staff member forgot to mention there was no sound proofing , and there was a restaurant above the room , you could hear from morning till night , people walking , chairs and tables moving etc ,, for a presidential suite the furniture in living room looked liked it had taken a beating over the years , the mini bar was also pathetic, snicker bar and some soft drinks , for that kind of money per night I would have expected more , the tv connection to internet did not work they had some old system , no upgraded internet , the carpet Was in need of carpeting cleaning g to remove stains , the wood floor in living room and dining room was in bad shape , i will stay at Radisson in other cities ,,,, but never in swinoujscie, This was supposed to be a quiet relaxing vacation for me , however hard to sleep if they are running and moving stuff early in the morning till night time

Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Auch ddie Tieffarage ist hell und großzügig, auch wenn sie sehr preisintensiv ist,aber es lohnt sich. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles im allen, gelungene Tage in dem Haus

Ein nettes Hotel, aber für fünf Sterne war das Personal wenig aufmerksam. Rooffpool war geschlossen, ohne vorherigen Hinweis. Surf Möglichkeit im angrenzenden Badeparadies ebenfalls geschlossen,Nettigkeiten zum Geburtstag müssen alle bezahlt werden, nicht mal eine Gratulation wurde ausgesprochen. Schade, das geht besser.

Positiv: Hotel hat eine gute Lage, die Zimmer sind dem Standard nach gut eingerichtet. Negativ: Katastrophe ist das Frühstücksbuffet. Wenn man nicht bis 7:30 Uhr da ist, steht man fast 20 min an. Dann ist es wie auf dem Bahnhof bzw. wie in einer Kantine. Sauna auf obere Etage nicht gemütlich.

Toll war der direkte Zugang zum Aquapark und die Qualität der Speisen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Nicht so dolle war der Speisesaal. Viel zu eng, zu klein. Laut wie in einer Jugendherberge und 10 Minuten Anstehen um 9.00 Uhr. Direkt am Strand gelegen, und der Blick auf die See, das ist echt schön. Ansonsten ist die Gegend , naja, wenn man es stilvoll mag - gruselig.
