"The Grand Hotel was wonderful. The people who worked there were kind and did their best to accommodate us. Very professional, very helpful. My experience is a little different as I am slightly physically disabled; I walk with a cane and have limited mobility. It never occurred to me to reserve a handicap accessible room and that was my mistake. The bathtub was very tall and it was difficult for me to step into it. When I asked for a different room with not so tall of a tub I was told that...
