"Our room was really nice, spacious, clean and looked out onto the court yard. The only bad thing was the shower tray was unstable in the middle, it was either broken or not been fitted correctly but it didn't effect our stay. It was in a fantastic position, close to the bus/tram services, shops and Christmas markets. Would definitely stay there again."

"i couldnt check in"

"There is no breakfast buffet there is no WiFi, my room was located in another building without any reception very suspicious neighborhood, room was dirty especially shower and walls, bed was very hard and uncomfortable, I didn’t feel safe. "

"Staff was very helpful, my girlfriends phone was left in a taxi and the staff went out of their way to help us find the company and communicate with the taxi driver for us. All staff were very helpful and friendly "
