"Lovely hotel in a historic part of the city. The interior is beautifully decorated to match the history. We had a room on the top floor at the back so didn’t have much of a view out our small window but the room itself was perfect. The bed was big enough and the bathroom was a good size. We got a room with a shower but we know other rooms had baths. We didn’t get to choose at booking but it wasn’t a problem for us. We also made use of the spa facilities and always had the place to ourselves...

"Employees were so helpful. My train was delayed and I was going to arrive after check in. I messaged them and they messaged back quickly with my information and how to access my room. This could have been a disaster but they were able to make it very pleasant for me. It is also very close to the square nad town center along with wawel castle. Thank you for everything and I look forward to visiting again. "

"Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you. "
