"Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual...

"I wouldn't stay here for the food or gym because the gym was closed for no particular reason and the meat was really tough; they also took around half an hour to make it and despite making arrangements for pick up we had to wait an hour for our transportation from the airport to the hotel. The shower also clogged after one use; wouldn't stay here again unless I wanted to deal with any of these or other problems."

"We loved this lodge! It was clear we were in the jungle (it was right out our balcony) and had a true Lodge feel while being modern and with amenities. The breakfast was amazing! At check in, the staff helped is purchase our tickets to the falls, which was very helpful. We were able to change and go off to see the falls before the room was available. We also could wait on the property after we checked out and did our day's activity. It was perfect and reasonably priced! We'd stay again!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful in our eyes, its rustic with the confort of a good hotel, meaning your are experiencing the jungle feel with a comfortable bed with air-conditioning, and good amenities, the breakfast was also great, didn't try the restaurant food, only had a not so good cordero sandwich that if the bread was better quality and not falling apart would make it a bit better. "What a gem! This historic hotel complex is exceedingly well kept. This was the splurge at the end of our 3-week trip in South American...quite beautiful and luxurious! The staff was top notch. Perfect location for seeing Iguazu Falls National Park from the Brazil side. Wonderful view from the hotel tower. Walk across the street for a spectacular view and Park trail to stunning Devil's Throat area."
