"The Hotel is nice the staff is very friendly and kind, the pool is cold so if is not hot you can't use it. the restaurante is expensive and the food is not a big deal. "

"This hotel is pricey, indeed. But worthy. Service is great, optional tours are amazing. Even the free tours are very nice. Restaurant is not cheap, but food is unique and perfect. Breakfast is gorgeous. And last, the fact that you can enjoy the falls before and after park opening hours is priceless. We could enjoy night view and early morning view by ourselves! The full walkway was ours! If I have the chance to go back to Iguaçu, I will use this hotel again."

"Short overnight stay, but midday checkout was appreciated. Communication with hotel prior to arrival was difficult, impossible in fact. But once there, friendly staff, nice hotel, extremely close to the airport, quick shuttle. Wifi good. Nice breakfast. 31/2 stars."

"Our first room was moldy smelling with a window in a kind of maintenance shaft. Fortunately the staff was able to move us to a better room one floor up which was larger and not moldy smelling. However the towels and sheets are very old (not so white anymore), so there's only so much the cleaning staff can do. The pool and garden area were a bit run down. Just next to this hotel is a hostel which plays loud music from evening until around 1am, so we slept with earplugs every single night. I...

"Al momento de llegar no funcionaban las luces de cabecera de ninguna de las 2 camas y el bidet perdía toda el agua por la base y de inundó todo el baño. Hice el reclamo y lo solucionaron rápido. Al día siguiente se tapó el inodoro (aclaro que no usamos papel), y tambien lo solucionaro . Al tercer día dejaton de funcionar nuevamente las luces pero no volví a realizar el reclamo. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que la canilla de la pileta del baño desemboca en el borde alto de la bacha, por lo cual...
