"We love Recanto. The staff was accommodating of our early check-in and a few other special requests. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious. We loved all the different pool options and the morning fitness classes. Our only wish was that the whirlpools on the bottom level were a little hotter. We hired a guide for Las Cataratas through the hotel, and they were top notch. We would also highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in the middle of a long trip. It felt like vacation on vacation! "

The only thing I would like the facility to improve is the check-in/check-out process. Although the reception staff were very friendly, kind, and professional, the service was very slow.
