"This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. "Check in was a little tricky since the receptionist only spoke Portuguese. However, there were no issues and we were given the key to our room. The room was clean but a little worn out. The breakfast was a buffet with great options including sausage, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, and fruit. Location is in the town center which is great during the day, however, at night all the shops are closed and it seemed quite scary so we took an Uber to the mall for dinner. "Dirty room and bathroom. Looks like they didn’t clean the room for a year. A lot of insects dead on floor, disgusting sheets (stained and torn), cobwebs and lots of dust on the curtains. Unbelievable!! "
