"We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. "Immersed in rainforest with high over the river views. After 2 weeks travel, this was just the quiet and relaxing resort property we wanted. Enjoyed spacious room with balcony and seating at the bars and restaurant around number of pools. Staff ranged from satisfactory to outstanding. Not in the 5 star luxury category, but a good choice. Convenient to the Falls and town. "

"We love Recanto. The staff was accommodating of our early check-in and a few other special requests. The food (especially breakfast!) was delicious. We loved all the different pool options and the morning fitness classes. Our only wish was that the whirlpools on the bottom level were a little hotter. We hired a guide for Las Cataratas through the hotel, and they were top notch. We would also highly recommend booking a treatment at the spa during your stay. It was the perfect way to unwind in...
