"Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout....

"Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Single room is very small, no window. Hot water doesnt run, but who needs one in Jakarta? AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal. Safety deposit box in the room was not working: probably battery was dead, I did not use it though, I am sure the staff will replace it if I let them know. Location is great: close to the old...

"The property is very old. The rooms are dark. The bathroom sink was very dirty. Breakfast room was always full of locals and to go round and round looking for cutlery and napkins. The egg station always had a queue. The check in and check out was smooth."
