"Hotel is dated but clean and staff are friendly and approachable. Unfortunately there are lots of mosquitoes especially at the lobby area and guest receptions area. These are in the hotel and not outside. Best to eliminate this at its their first impressions when we come in and where guests sit around at the lounge cafe enjoying pastries and coffee. Can't stay long with all the mosquitoes. "

When we query why he did call rental car, he ask us to call bluebird by our selves. If we can call ourself then we did not ask him to call. The staff also not welcoming. "Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Single room is very small, no window. Hot water doesnt run, but who needs one in Jakarta? AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal. Safety deposit box in the room was not working: probably battery was dead, I did not use it though, I am sure the staff will replace it if I let them know. Location is great: close to the old...
