" Quirky decoration throughout, confortable and clean. Staff were welcoming. Located in the city centre, so easy access by foot. There's no access by car due to barriers on the streets, so we had to use a local car park. At night, the area around the hotel didn't feel particularly welcoming due to homelessness, but this was a problem all around the city."

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need...

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . This is a great location for walking around the town , shopping , it is close to the cathedral , there is parking a short distance at the end of the street . Public buses are frequent from Biarritz airport and terminate a few hundred metres from the hotel . Lots of restaurants . Really good visit ."

"Everything was perfect. The reception people very friendly and helpful. The room was great with a kitchenette which had everything. Bed comfortable and we had a back balcony which was wonderful to have."

"Friendly service, nice room, we had a fantastic view. Comfy rooms. Walkable to shopping and food. On-site parking is limited in Biarritz, so expect to park in a parking garage, which is no big deal. "
