"Here for a masquerade ball on the Friday evening so stayed over for 2 nights. Lovely room.Very comfy and clean It did get a bit hot and we couldn't turn down the radiator. There was a QR code that you could click on to access the hotel guide.Also a section where you could agree not to have your room serviced and could choose a reward instead(drinks or snacks) I was very impressed as we didn't need our linen or towels changing. "Really good stay, comfortable bed. Only downside which is not the hotel's fault is that parents let their children run wild, knocking on doors and running away - shouting in the corridors - all of this after 11pm."

"Good Breakfast and quality of rooms.Stayed on the 5th floor which is fine in winter but in the summer these rooks are hot. Suggestion for Improvement: Phone guests on the day of checking out if they leave something behind, rather than letting them realise once they have travelled home and then realise."
