"We arrived late in the evening in a £15 Uber after a day at Trent Bridge. Quick, cheery check in. Quiet room, high ceilings, comfy bed, clean room, functional bathroom. Hot and cold choice at breakfast, lovely poached eggs. Shame you couldn't sit outside, but nice breakfast room. We had a short walk in the grounds to shake off a hangover, read a bit of the history of the place and then a quick check out!"

"Booked a suite for 3 for one night. Shame that we couldn’t stay longer as the room was great and we didn’t have time to enjoy any of the pool/spa facilities. "Really odd that the plug points nearest to the bed were round/foreign and incompatible with uk plugs! Not sure why this is but it is incompatible for people who use a CPAP machine at night and a little odd all round. The hotel staff did find a workaround but this left an electric cable as a tripping hazard across the end of my bed. The hotel was great value for the price but reflective of being on the edge of a retail park. Could be noisy as the centre is really active but as long as you know...
