"Nice spa hotel for the money. Very close to bars and restaurants in the town centre . The only complaint was our room was on the first floor near to a noisy extraction fan which sadly was on throughout the night . "

"Staying at Fa was truly a mixed bag; moments of bliss and delight but times of frustration. There was plenty of parking and the location in Helmsley is beautiful. The welcome at hotel and spa reception was par excellence. The quality of the evening meal (food and service) was wonderful. A true highlight of the stay. "WiFi was very poor in our room. Signal very weak or nothing at all. Also TV in room was very small and could not watch any channels as again no signal. Channels frozen or just pixels, no radio through TV either so could not do anything in room. Room nice and clean, staff great, breakfast good too."
