"Beautiful resort. It’s a lot like the Grand Floridian, except more affordable! "Three nights in Double Deluxe in Building 2 ground floor. Clean, comfortable bed,good amenities, no insects or reptiles, fast reliable WiFi. Quiet at night. This is an intensely built up area with access thru a narrow residential lane. I felt like part of the neighborhood which was pleasant. "Easy and smooth check in. Staff were friendly and helped us out with a later check out, we just paid half of a daily charge (considering we checked out at 6 pm). The bed and pillows were a bit stiff to our liking but again staff did everything to organise a topper and exchange pillows. "

"Family of 4. We had the connecting rooms so we could stay together throughout our stay. The room is roomy and the Queen size bed feels like a King Services (both front desk service & room service) are great. Check out the swimming pool and gym on the 28th floor. the view from 28th floor is fabulous. did I say great customer services at the front desk?! on a rainy day, ask them for an umbrella. Location: very close to MTR"
