"Nice traditional old Japanese style stay. Though Breakfast is also traditionally Japanese style with rice! Yes morning Breakfast with rice, we still prefer bread or something light. Room extremely spacious compare to Tokyo city. Might need some renovations to upgrade tho. "

"Service, staff, food, and location were all excellent. Breakfast was included and dinner was reasonably priced and very delicious. Hotel will pick you up and drop you off if you schedule a day in advance. Rooms are very clean and meet basic needs. Hotel location has easy access to lifts (ski in) and a quick shuttle to other resorts and main entrance for Ishiuchi (highly recommend for getting rentals and tickets). Note that if you pay with a card, be prepared to pay a fee on top of the total...

"It was well kept from ice. It was a traditional Japanese stay with futon bedding and onsen bath. It was convenient near the ishiuchi maruyama ski resort. "

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...
