A very cozy hotel in downtown Cuernavaca. Service is excellent. Delicious food in Restaurant Amaranto. Alejandro, the hotel concierge, is very helpful and kind.

This is an oasis in a noisy and dirty city. It is well located and provides a relatively quiet and well maintained garden atmosphere with a nice dining spot and good breakfast. The staff fixed our lack of hot water quickly. I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the delightful if small pool.

Property was beautiful.. Staff was really nice.. But the highlight was the staff and food in the restaurant.. Food was very good and the waiters were very attentive and helpful with suggestions..Plenty of stores and restaurants nearby.. Ubers were the way to go for travel and very inexpensive..

We stayed at Mesón de las Delicias for a few days and loved the hotel itself. It is a cute little hotel with lots of tropical plants (greenery). The staff is really friendly and willing to help you with your requests. The only bad thing I can note is that they have their own restaurant inside the hotel and you have to share a small parking lot with hotel guests and attendees of the restaurant.

I'm giving this property five stars due to the helpful and kind people who worked here, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, and the property's overall aesthetic appeal. Overall the location is ideal. I will state that due to precaution in the area, this hotel was the best to stay as close to the historical center, in order to see Hernan Cortez's castle, and nearby good restaurants. I would caution anyone to go over 10 miles radius from this location. If you stay nearby, even at night you will due fine. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to this hotel. As far as amenities, this hotel does not provide wash cloths, which I know Americans like. I personally went out to a city market and purchased a luffa sponge. The only other thing that this hotel doesn't provide, and it is an utter inconvenience is a hairdryer. None of the rooms here have a hair dryer, and I discovered (with wet hair) I had to visit the front desk who had the hair dryers under lock and key. I had no idea, but I guess this area considers hair dryers like i-Phones?

Lovely!
The Hotel is Beautiful and all the staff is super friendly and Helpful. The breakfast included is awesome and the overall food of the restaurant tastes great. The only complaint i would have is that Netflix and the other streaming apps don't qork on the TV and that the Pool was closed sometimes because they were putting chemicals on it so i couldn't go in .

Disgusting room next to noisy road trafficked by buses, motorcycle and cars. Fumes seeped into the room through a screen high in the bathroom. Cockroach in the kitchen is room. Management refused to change the room without cost. It’s incredible that such a room can be marketed.
