"We had two people staying in the room and they never gave us two towels without us calling to ask for them! When my wife went to check out, she asked for a late check out and they said OK and then when we were leaving, they kind of lost it in the system Also the shower system in the bathroom is ridiculous. "A very nice option to stay in Ulanbataar and probably one of the best 3-star hotels I ever stayed in. Clean, very nice rooms, nice gym. Breakfasts were very repetitive, but good for a 3-star hotel. The only problem with this hotel (and not really the hotel's fault) is its location. Due to the very heavy traffic in the city it takes a long time to reach the center of the city and there's not much to do in the vicinity of the hotel. "
