Winnipeg which includes modern architecture, a city and a river or creek

Just outside Winnipeg the ground is pretty much flat. People were not kidding when they said how flat it was. Especially in contrast to Ontario which has cliffs, valleys, trees and gorgeous lakes.

The roads are so flat they can be runways for airports.

I'm almost at Brandon MB and other than the city of Winnipeg which was quite large, the rest is like this.

"Great house with lots of charm in a good section of town. Stayed this past weekend and there was extreme cold warnings, but the house was warm and cozy with the fireplace. One side note: if you are allergic to cats, this is not a place for you. Gopher the cat, is cute and likes people and has free roam of the house. When I read reviews I thought it was just an outside cat. "

"We were lucky to find this gem! Great place to relax and reconnect with family. Clean, cozy place with comfy beds! We especially enjoyed the Beautiful deck and great grill! Highly recommend!"

"We loved the character of this adorable house! It’s in an excellent location that easy to get to and has good parking in the back alley behind the house. There are many shops and restaurants near by. Our host was very quick to communicate with us when we had any questions. There was some ice build up on the steps that made for some fancy footwork coming and going from the house. The beds are listed as queen but they seemed a touch small for a queen. "I liked the fact that you had to scan your room card to access the floors in elevator before you could go up i didnt like the fact that when i was leaving and needed a shuttle that there was nobody at front desk or even anyone around so i took a cab"
