The staff was incredible, went above and beyond. The room was so nice - loved the view! The breakfast buffet was great. The time we spent visiting our son in Luneburg was priceless!

Excellent experience - We loved this hotel and Luneburg was very nice. We were here to visit our son studying abroad at Leuphana and were reassured that he is in the best place possible for stretching his wings!

Hotel complex is like a maze and it took me a while to find reception due to lack of signposts. Only complaint about the room was that the pillows were too soft and gave no support and the duvet was way too thick for summer. Good AC in the room. Breakfast was good.

Picturesque hotel in a lovely town
Our main reason for booking this hotel was the proximity to Hamburg and it was within walking distance to the train station. It's location on the river was picturesque and it was close to all amenities and restaurants. Parking whilst provided was difficult, as parking garage and parking spots were extremely tight, even for a small car. Rooms were average size, which is understandable for an older building, but the beds were absolutely awful (sagging) and uncomfortable. There was an indoor swimming pool that was beneficial after a day of sighseeing.

Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer sind schön,aber in die Jahre gekommen. Die Möbel teilweise abgestoßen. Teppiche im Korridor benötigen eine Reinigung oder einen Austausch. Ansonsten sehr schön

Zu bemängeln wäre der starke Chlorgeruch im Zimmer! Dieser war wirklich unangenehm. Die Toilettenspülung war nicht ganz funktionsfähig und die Fenster sehr wackelig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war das Flair hervorragend. Der Empfang und Eingangsbereich sehr einladend. Der Flur geräumig und hell. Parken und Frühstück ist sehr teuer! Das könnte man verbessern in meinen Augen. Die Betten bequem, die Lage sehr toll! Der Wasserkocher und die Gratisgetränke hervorragend! Ich komme sehr gerne wieder. Denn das, was zu bemängeln war ist durchaus zu beheben. Ich freue mich auf meine nächsten Besuch! Lieben Dank dem gesamten Team für einen tollen Aufenthalt

Es war ein Kurztrip von uns, waren im Großen ganz zufrieden. Nachteil: Bin gehbehindert und musste sehen, wie ich mit meinem Koffer aus der Tiefgarage komme. Da unser Sohn dabei war, ging es. Alleine, mit Gehhilfe usw. hätte ich das nicht geschafft. An 2 Tagen wollte ich eine Auskunft von der Dame an der Rezeption, konnte nicht helfen, keine Ahnung und derjenige, der kompetent gewesen wäre war im Meeting. Ging um eine Schifffahrt usw. Dürfte eigentlich nicht vorkommen. Reinigungspersonal verstand kein Wort deutsch. Personal dagegen im Restaurant usw. top.
