"We really enjoyed our two nights here. Very friendly and helpful receptionist on arrival. Our room was large, very comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast buffet is excellent - the fried and boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. My wife enjoyed the use of the pool. The hotel is a little tired in places, but it is to be refurbished as a Hilton "Double Tree" shortly. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in Leicester."

"The room looked lovely, and the bed was comfortable, However, it was a very cold night and the room took a long while to warm up. We could not get any cold water from the tap. There was a laminated sheet giving information for room service but no information on how to use various items in the room.
