There some maintenance that needed doing while we at the house which was dealt with by the host very efficiently. There a few cleanliness issues we had to raise with the hosts and they responded immediately to assure us they would be addressed with the cleaners. "The carpet was loose on the stairs and this was very dangerous, I tripped every single time going up the stairs. The toilet brush was absolutely covered in faeces. The bathroom door lock was broken. The bedroom handle was broken. The garden needs some serious love it’s covered in weeds. Parking is a nightmare. I was also asked to pay a 35 pound non refundable fee after booking which I was not told about… felt a bit like theft. Wouldn’t stay again."
