"I was visitng friends so booked this hotel for a reasonable price. It was tired looking but clean, and comfortable. The hotel was so accommodating to me being Vegan and were happy for my friend to join me in the lounge/ communal area for drinks. The saff were 10/10. It was very cold and the heating appeared to be broken but the staff appeared to be working really hard to get round this. "

The breakfast buffet is excellent - the fried and boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. My wife enjoyed the use of the pool. The hotel is a little tired in places, but it is to be refurbished as a Hilton "Double Tree" shortly. Will definitely stay here again when we are next in Leicester."

"Our superior double room was super- huge comfortable bed, good bathroom with great quality towels. Dinner was delicious, good breakfast with friendly staff. Plenty of car parking spaces. Nice little swimming pool. Everything seemed immaculately clean. We would very happily stay here again. "

"The facility is excellent with modern rooms, great staff gym and steam availability. Will certainly go there again. My problem is that the entering the postcode into my satnav dumps you in a pedestrian- only access, the joining details are totally inadequate and we spent a lot of time on finding the access point. But that apart great value and great people. Just help us all get there!"
