The staff are super attentive and the breakfast in particular is outstanding and adds such value. The pool is also lovely and was much needed after a day of exploring the city. "Two sides to this hotel. One side, a nice hotel with good size rooms, clean, decent swimming pool, friendly staff (for Laos), located generally away from the noisy town centre and lovely views of limestone karsts. Kop Jai who worked at the hotel was very helpful to try and resolve where possible the issues we had. Other side and points to be aware of.
