"Wow, my family and I had a 10/10 experience at this hotel! We only stayed for one night but wished we could’ve stayed longer because of how amazing everything was. I originally booked two rooms for my husband and I, my parents and my cousin but I had another relative join us so we ended up having to add a last minute room and they were extremely accommodating! They were also able to arrange for a car to pick us up from the train station even though I requested for one just a few hours before our arrival time which we appreciated. The rooms were very spacious well kept and up to date, with plenty of toiletries, slippers, pool sandals, robes available for use. And they also included a welcome drink and free mini bar in the room. What really made things easy for us was having access to a shuttle service to city center! It was so quick and easy to use. I highly recommend adding the breakfast add on to your room - everything was delicious, especially the khao soi which even impressed my Lao mom (who is very hard to please.) Whenever we return to LP we are definitely plan on staying here again. "
