"The front desk gave me a scare when after early check in & been staying at the place for 2 days, desk lady told me my reservation for the next 4 days (which I had booked & paid for since February 2024) has been cancelled, that I needed to sort it myself. "The service staff at the front desk welcomed me with warmth, and every team member I interacted with—including the security officer, front desk staff, and room attendants—demonstrated exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism in addressing my needs. Although the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond by arranging a Grab ride on my behalf, enabling me to conveniently pay the driver in cash upon arrival at the airport."
