"The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. Cannot state enough how fantastic the staff was. The property is showing its age a little bit, but it is still in good shape. The included breakfast buffet was fantastic. The dinner buffet which was extra was also great. The room I stayed in was also excellent. The pool was in great condition. Enjoyed spending time in the pool. Short walk to the beach and other establishments on the beach. "

"To say the least this hotel is without doubt the best of the best. There is not a single thing that is not extremely great about this hotel. I rate it 6 stars 1 level above every other hotel i have ever stayed at including a tough competior the Grand Hyatt. They are good the Grand Westdide is GREAT. I want to thank them for how comfortable, safe, welcomed they made me feel during my stay of 15 consecutive days this present month of March 2025. Staff there are a group of friendly caring exceptional people. Other hotels should sent their staff to this hotel in Manila for some on the job training on how to treat people as professional and curtious as the do. Again thank you for making me feel at home at a place and in a country far from home. "
