It's a beautiful Korean hotspring resort with a fantastic view of Mt. Makiling. It's an old photo, and it's the first photo I took seriously with my phone so it's valuable for me.

"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"Even in the run-up to Christmas, staff at Seda Residences remember us. We’re escorted to our favorite outside seating (with rooftop view) and my black coffee follows at breakfast. Clean rooms and helpful staff."

"We stayed at this property twice over our 17 day trip. At the time of booking I didn’t realise I had booked different room types. The 2 bedroom deluxe room we booked with Expedia was a much more luxurious feel than the standard 2 bedroom room that we booked directly through the hotel. So I’d recommend and stay in the 2 bedroom deluxe again. The overall $200 price difference is definitely worth it.
