"This is my second time staying here, but I'm sad to say that the rooms I got this time were a little dated and smelled like mold (both of them). I booked two rooms, and the other room had a working aircon, but unable to turn off or adjust settings. I even bought new batteries for the remote. SMCO representative was nice and helpful, but I felt weird leaving the room keys in a locker with NO LOCK. what if someone stole the keys and cleared out the room? Will I be responsible for that?...

"This place is amazing. The manager Sir Eric goes well beyond the call of of duty to cater to all your needs and wants. They check on you daily to make sure everything is fine. They will do personal shopping for you if needed at the local shops, take care of your laundry, bring food deliveries to your suite and provide any items you need. "It was a pleasant stay , however when I tried to request late check out they only gave me 30 minutes extra till 12:30 pm. When I tried to inquire how much it would to stay additional 4 hours since our flight was not till later, they wanted over 50-60 percent of rate . I also suggested that they revise the sharp edge on the mantle above tv as my son who is way taller than me hit his forehead on the sharp edge ."
