"The place was beautiful, so much greenery and such a spacious, lush area. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dennis was amazing and made efforts to help us with what we needed! Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. Will definitely come back!"

"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. Breakfast buffet was just okay and this boils down to again the expectation and no complementary hot...

"Nice resort, we stayed in a bungalow (needs some TLC) with a private jacuzzi pool, very nice. Breakfast is Filipino as you would expect, the hotel allows Grab food deliveries. Hot water spring pool is great as is the swimming pool."

"It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. "There was no towels, no soap, no tissue paper. The pool was absolutely filthy. The shower didn't work at all. They moved us rooms which at least it helped that. There is no restaurant. "This is our worst stay ever😥 My husband is a PWD and he wasng able to sleep coz there is no bed. The only thing they have is a blanket/ comforter laid on the floor and a tiny pillow that's it😥 for a 4k stay😥 our 1 day vacation just turned into a nightmare. And the comfort room, u have to go down the hill-like which my husband is nit allowed because of his condition. Never i will go back to that place again😡😡😡😡"

"I absolutely love this hotel—it truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service. My check-in with Leah was seamless, and I really appreciated Sean’s from conceirge help with navigating the Grab app, which was a huge help throughout my trip. The housekeepers, security staff, and everyone in the food and beverage team were all outstanding. I can tell that the entire team is trained to deliver 5-star service in a 4-star setting. The location is also perfect, with easy access to both MOA and the airport. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others."
