"Our experience at this facility was very positive. While the hotel and the facilities were a bit dated and need of a spruce up the amazing, friendly and attentive staff made up for this short fall. "

"Arrived just before midnight to check in for my stay to find that there was no staff there as they’d all been fired during day by hotel management and that the hotel had closed down. Had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. So not a great experience to be honest. "

"Well, on the positive side, the young children that run the place with no adults in sight are all very nice. Only one speaks English and the other ones are to shy to offer any help or assistance. The one boy that speaks English was very nice but offered no real solutions. Sadly this entire place is run down, badly maintained, and missing a good cleaning or remolding. The room I had didn’t have a working key to lock the door to the apartment. Only the pool gate had a key. The rooms smelled...
