"Overall not much complain less the sound proofing. Even though we are at a corner suite, the noise from fellow travellers can still be heard. Especially the loud bang when room doors are being closed. Other than that all is what you can expect from a reputable hotel chain. "

"It's definitely a good stay! As this is our second time to the resort, we really enjoyed the bedroom especially with the poolview - and it comes with a nice big comfy bed and sofa bed. The check-in staff was awesome! They were so quick and I breeze through my check-in and the staff were really attentive and accommodating to my requests. An amazing thing happened, we were singing a birthday song at the balcony for my daughter, and when we ordered room service the next time, the hotel gifted us a complimentary brownie cake. It was such a lovely gesture and surprise for my girl. We were caught offguard by such a thoughtful gesture... Anyway, we would come back again, especially as the kids love the beach, pool and room with the bathtub. The only thing I would recommend is that the place does need a touch-up here and there (some paint peeling off, etc). Otherwise, an awesome stay. Thanks to all the staff and management. "
