"Jess is fantastic! When I arrived, she was able to get me in a little early, which was appreciated. 1000 stars for Jess! The room was nicely remodeled! The wifi was great, the linens were clean and the water was hot! I also like the eco-friendly soap and lotion dispensers, eliminating all the little disposable bottles. My only critique which is typical of hotels with non-carpeted rooms. They should impose a room mopping program between each guest arrival. When I showered the next day, the bottoms of my feet were brown from the dirt on the floors. A lot of people wear shoes and boots in the rooms, but I don't. I strongly recommend this hotel due to Jess and the value I received. Plus, it's very convenient to I-29. I typically stay on the Omaha side of the river, but due to the convenience, I think Council Bluffs could be a better bet and closer to downtown Omaha, if you want that. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Graduate! It is a lovely area of Iowa city with lots of coffee shops and restaurants to choose from. "

"Though this property is somewhat dated, our grandkids and I still really enjoyed the stay! We loved having the bunk beds in the room and the pool was great. It was awesome that the pool was open so early in the morning - that's a game changer when you have kids that are early risers! Also, the staff were very courteous and friendly!"
