"Me and my mom came for a 2 day trip. We were immediately greeted by the Innkeeper who was very friendly and showed us to our room. Check in was a breeze. The place is fantastic and has a lot of history. The breakfast was great as well, the innkeeper went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend and would stay here again. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Old Mill. We rented the street-level apartment which was perfect for the four of us. The kids enjoye d the toys and we all had fun playing some board games. The place was very clean. There were some Asian beetles present but this was not unique to just this property. "The house has an amazing history; is filled with period antiques including circa 1860’s pump organs, and a Geo Prince melodeon. It’s a true treasure in a historical area of Iowa. Close to Meredith Wilson museum and a walking distance from Frank Lloyd Wright’s only hotel (a must see!) Breakfast was superb and make from scratch.
