"Be warned the lifts are being serviced and can lead to crowding at busy times. Also demolition building works next door. Being a VIP Expedia hotel I thought the drink voucher would be for an alcoholic drink - it wasn’t. I did like my room but it looked out to the building works which was annoying and there were lots of noise from people coming and going in the hallway. Not sure I would stay again."

"We (2 adults and 1 child) stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. First the check-in process was very slow, and when we arrived at our room, we realized that we were given a smoking room without being informed during the check-in. When I called, I was told that I did not make a special request for non-smoking room and hence they were not able to accommodate our request for the first night. "Perfect stay for our layover. It’s in the airport so you don’t need to leave from the airport and just rest for the next flight. The breakfast is amazing! The staff is so helpful and kind. Taxi service is in front of the hotel and the staff is very professional and kind. We will come back again! "
