"We liked how close it was to the airport but the fact that the shuttle didnt work past midnight was an issue as our flight arrived at 2am. The room was nice but the shower in our room didnt have good water pressure which kind of made that experience sour. "

"There are plenty of hotels near this so competition is stiff, but it doesn’t feel like Sheraton stepped up to their brand unlike other Sheraton properties I’ve been at this year. I think the disrespectful guests were a huge part of the problem and unfortunately the hotel can’t turn away rude travellers making a scene in the lobby and smoking on non-smoking floors. It’s not the hotel’s fault but it led to a poor experience for us. "
