"Convenient for an overnight near the airport. Shuttle pickup was nice but not available when we needed it at 4:00 am, so we discovered Uber is tons cheaper and easier to arrange when leaving. The 18th floor gym and jacuzzi had weird vibes, but other than that it was quite pleasant. "

"The hotel has beautiful views of the lake and is very well located as a base to explore the towns around the lake. Very clean and modern rooms. My only complaint was that they are inflexible on check-in time (they allow early check-in and late check-out only if we pay a fee and don’t provide room upgrades even though both are supposed to be advantages of platinum status on the booking platform). Also there is no laundry service contrary to the description, which was a let down for a hotel of that caliber. Overall, I would stay here again though."
