"Close to airport, third time staying there. Great pool and hot tub. Rooms are average but we only need a place to stay for one night once we land, so it is fine. Restaurant on site is good and has local food with a very friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful and nice."

"I rarely give an Excellent in my reviews, but The Palms truly made our stay great. We booked one of their smaller rooms and requested to twin beds. Somehow this did not get communicated to them by Expedia, and they no longer had that category of room available except with one double bed which would have been difficult for my daughter and I to comfortably share. So they offered to upgrade us, if we were willing to switch rooms after the first night which was fine. And while the first night was in a very comfortable family sized suite, the next night they put us in their best room, on the second story with a huge balcony. It was actually the last night of our vacation and my birthday too! So it put a wonderful end to our trip. Of course I should also add how much we enjoyed the live music in the bar on Thursday night, the amazing Mojitos and other drinks, and wonderful breakfast. We will definitely be back!"
