"All the staff were incredible particularly Habiba, Front Desk Manager,who gets a Gold Star for Service, Mosehli, Manager, and Khamis who handled our bags and showed us the property upon arrival and was very helpful at our departure. "They were great. It took us a few minutes to find it at night since it’s under construction. The staff worked as more of a guest house and they were amazing. "

"The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "
