"The property is classic center parcs with mainly aqua mundo as attraction. The activity center is quite basic. We stayed at a VIP marina apartment. It was quite specious and very well equipped. However, there is no air conditioning or ventilation opposing to what is stated in Expedia and no bug nets on the windows, which is quite a torture with hot august weather. The area of the hotel is charming with nice river beaches. Notice that the closest town/restaurant other than the hotel is ~15...

I've contacted them, after my stay, about my receipt and even though Hotels.com made it kind of difficult for us to contact directly, they manage to help me right away. "A very good town centre hotel in a largely pedestrianised area. The staff were all polite, spoke good English and helpful. A nice terrace for good weather. The beef restaurant below was great. There was also an all you can eat Chinese I've nearby."
