"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental...

The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot. This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! "The location of the hotel is excellent with a very convenient ski equipments lock room, just a few mins walking from the ski lifts. We took the half board, finally it ended up a very good decision, the breakfast and buffet dinner were very tasty and delicious with a lot of choices and everyday the menu were different. The only downside was the room was a bit small without any view, and in the bathroom there was no ventilator, the room could get quite humid after a shower. There was no parking...

"Good location and comparatively roomy apartment but snack bar and games room were closed, no breakfast available. Catering facilities in room were poor - 1 pot 1 frying pan + microwave. Hardly any crockery cutlery and glasses. Ok for two or three but no good for 4 or 5"

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

Pas d'eau chaude. 3 coupures electriques en meme pas 3h de temps. 15 degres dans la chambre malgré le "radiateur" au mur... on nous a dépanné un radiateur d'appoint et la on a reussi a avoir 17... Bref la réception part 30 minutes avant lheure de fermeture. On appelle ca ne repond pas. Le technicien est aussi compétent que moi sur des skis... (autant dire nulle !) Bref surtout pas ici si vous avez en plus des enfants... "

"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night. In the morning before we have to run to ski bus they informed us that...

"Small, basic room. We were with our dog - charged extra but there was nothing provided for it - thankfully we had our dog's bed with us, but normally we would not and when we pay extra for a stay with the dog we expect a simple bed for it to be provided. No parking at the hotel, but there was parking nearby (€23 for overnight). Decent shower and comfortable bed. "

"Terrible arrival, wrong address on paperwork supplied, had to walk across town, hunt down telephone number for the office which was closed during opening hours. Finally received keys, room had no double bed, lack of kettle and toaster, cupboard doors hanging off, cracked tiles, mould in bathroom. No good for couples, double bed advertised and no double bed in any of the three rooms we booked. Probably ok for large groups of young people looking for cheap accommodation but families and couples...

"Great location for the slope but note check in is not until 4pm, check out 10am. Overnight parking at a cost of €15 but worth it if it’s snowing hard. Hot water in shower a little low in the late afternoon, early evening but hotter in the morning. Very clean bedding. Heating seems to be on a intermittent cycle so room got a little chilly at times but just put a few more clothes on. In the mountains after all! "
