The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs....

"It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."

"The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"

"Small, basic room. We were with our dog - charged extra but there was nothing provided for it - thankfully we had our dog's bed with us, but normally we would not and when we pay extra for a stay with the dog we expect a simple bed for it to be provided. No parking at the hotel, but there was parking nearby (€23 for overnight). Decent shower and comfortable bed. "

"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night. "Very reasonably priced, clean and comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast too. Only minor downside is that when the hotel is busy the on-site parking available is a little bit limited. There is street parking and public parking (for a small charge) available nearby though."

"Spent two nights here whilst snowboarding. Great location for slpoes and for hitting the town after. One issue was that it was a bit difficult to park nearby. We managed it in the end and was 6 euro per day. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and rooms were good."
