"We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . "It was all good except that there was no parking left at the hotel and it was difficult to find a free place in the area. Staff was kind and helpful. We got a triple room for a double, which was nice, and complimentary bottled water on the way out."

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs....

"The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"

We were with our dog - charged extra but there was nothing provided for it - thankfully we had our dog's bed with us, but normally we would not and when we pay extra for a stay with the dog we expect a simple bed for it to be provided. No parking at the hotel, but there was parking nearby (€23 for overnight). Decent shower and comfortable bed. "

"Spent two nights here whilst snowboarding. Great location for slpoes and for hitting the town after. One issue was that it was a bit difficult to park nearby. We managed it in the end and was 6 euro per day. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and rooms were good."

"We have been to Andorra 🇦🇩 several times before, and we are always happy to visit this amazing country . This time, we stayed in the Magic Hotel for the first time . Just love it !! They are very good and have a very professional staff, helpful and always willing to support !! The hotel is just well located, and the rooms are clean enough, especially breakfast-guys, you never ever find a better breakfast than this one!! Thank you so much to all the staff and hotel management!! We do appreciate your hospitality and will be back soon . Definitely recommend it to everyone !!"
