"Best thing about this hotel is the aurora calling service, was able to view the aurora while our stay, love the view since it’s a lake at the back of the hotel and make it easier to take aurora photos there. Towels not so clean and housekeeping did not check the shower gel bottles as it was empty when we checked in. Staffs are helpful to give us extra bottle of shower gel to use, overall still recommend for this hotel."

"There were some bugs when we arrived. They were getting in through some door trim looked to have come undone due to high winds. Overall, we enjoyed this property and the restaurant. Very friendly and they have good gin. "

"Wow! What an amazing stay from start to finish. We got the #VIPACCESSEG so a free upgrade to an ocean view room where we saw the northern lights perfectly from the window while INSIDE our room! It was epic! The staff were all kind, on top of it and informative. They went the extra step for us. The hot tub and sauna with relaxation area was a huge plus for us to relax after long days hiking or exploring. The lobby is actually one you want to hang out in and there are tons of spots to hang out or...

"Beautiful place and surroundings! I thought they will be offering breakfast so I wasn’t prepared to make it and we had to go to the next town (only 15-20min drive) as there was nothing available in that area. But otherwise it is great that they have a kitchen and a refrigerator. Sunrise was amazing "
