"I booked this hotel for a stay with my family. We had 10 rooms. Even though we brought so much business through one group to the hotel the hotel staff was extremely inconsiderate. Bad service is an understatement how deplorable the situation was. The breakfast that is included in the room payment was insufficient and horrible. In comparison the hotel next doors was a pleasant surprise for some of my other family members. The price paid was similar however the service provided and the amenities...
