"Won't recommend stay for family specially with kids. Not really a hotel, a managed guest house which seems like being run in a home/residential area. Hotel name not written anywhere and raise suspicion on how hotel is being run. For the high price I paid for the room, it's not worth at all. Only plus being close to the airport."

"I was unable to stay in the end due to ill health but did inform the owner twice a day of my hospital status when she assured me she held my room. When I was eventually discharged she told me she gave away my room but could offer me a home stay elsewhere, unseen. I declined and she refused refund despite resellling the room. Really poor business form and honesty. "

Expedia said they had worked it out with the hotel and would process a refund. Later, however, Expedia sent an email saying that the hotel said I had upgraded my room and so they would not honor the price I booked for. Someone is lying.
