"Upon arrival, there was a crowd at check-in, so they told us to have a sit and they would call us. After 25 minutes we realize they forgot about us. They charged my credit card for both rooms without even asking. We only found out at check out that the rooms have been paid. I specifically chose the 'pay at the hotel' option, so that we could pay separately for each room. The hotel spa was cold, dirty and incredibly smelly, and the jacuzzi didn't work. "It is a beautiful castle hotel is in the middle of the old town. Very comfortable with great breakfast You can walk around and it is safe. It is very difficult to get with Google, but that will happen with all hotels in Mardin ."
