Banyo kapısı kapanmıyordu, duşta su ısınmıyordu. Odanın kapısı estetik olsun diye eski konsept ile yapılmış bu nedenle tam kapanmıyor ve dışardan gelen sesler, koridorda biri konuşarak yürüdüğünde direkt odada gibiydi sesler. Personel ilgiliydi kahvaltı zamanında hazır oluyordu ve yeterliydi.

otele başvuru saatimiz gündüz saat 10 olmasına karşın oda temizleniyor öğleden sonra gelin dediler haklısınız diyerek eşyalarımızı bırakıp ayrıldık fakat öğleden sonra 3 kere uğramamıza rağmen ancak akşam üzeri saat 18 de odamıza geçebildikçok kötü hizmet yüksek ücrete karşı berbat bir kahvaltı çay kalmıyor ekmek bitiyor oda konforu yetersiz ,odada gider kokusu mevcut,temizlik ve hijyen yetersiz tavsiye etmiyorum

A horrible night at the "Royal" Suit
We had a horrible night. We booked a Royal suit but it was far from that. The room was just next to the wedding yard with a wedding party ongoing with noise and very loud music till 11:30 pm. This would not even be a problem but nobody told us about it. Knowing this we would have selected a different room. When we called the reception, the staff wasnt cooperative, telling us the music will stop soon but it went on for hours. The room was generally nice (very spacious), however, it had several shortcomings that a hotel of this level shouldnt afford - run down bathroom, non-functional electric plugs, no separate toiletries. We could live with these room shortcomings, but the attitude of the staff was really off putting, and destroyed our mood and wish to stay at this hotel again.

Giriş esnasında 2 de girmemiz gerekirken odanın temizliği bitmediğini savunarak 3 4 gibi gelin diye geçirmeye çalıştılar ufak bi gerginlikten sonra odaya alındık. Daha öncesinde kaç gün konaklayacağımızı sorup ısrarla iki evli çifte iki ayrı yataklı oda vermeye çalıştılar. Odada özellikle lavaboda iğrenç bi koku vardı klozet kapakları kırık duş başlığında duş almak biraz problem yaratabilir bi duş başlığı değiştirmek zor olmasa gerek,her yerden ne olduğunu bilmediğiniz bi su akıyor banyoya. Ben konaklarken 3 kere falan elektrik kesintisi yaşadık galiba jeneratör yok otelde. Kahvaltı vasat yorumlarını okumuştum ne kadar vasat olabilir diye düşündüm o kadar vasat bi kahvaltı yumurtalar haşlanmamış çay semaverinden çay almak 15 dakika falan sürüyor. Kesinlikle 60 70 liralık bi pansiyonla eşdeğerdi gözümde

Otel Komun olarak eski mardinin bitişinde ontantik mağara gibi odaları. Çalışanlar çok ilgisiz lobide 3 saat bekleyildik ve bir çay bile ikramda bulunulmadı. Banyo çok küçük ve duş başlığı kırık çalışmıyor. Sıcak Su YOKK BUzz Gİbi Su var. Kahvaltı yapmadım bilmiyorum benim tavsiyem 0 not Alındı otel.

It was a fantastic place to stay, I still can’t believe it, how beautiful the building was! The staff was super friendly and helpful, I am very grateful for them. My room was also wonderful and very comportable, however one plugin just didn’t have electricity and the only other was the tv plugin and the wifi didn't really work inside my room. I don’t know if I got the chance, but I would like to come back there, exactly to the Kervansaray
