"The hotel is beautiful and historical however there was only warm water available for showering at 9pm, water was freezing cold or luke warm. The hotel advertisement states they have a laundry service, when I asked the receptionist she advised they did not have a laundry service. We also had to ask for clean towels and the bed to be changed and room to be cleaned. The room which was the Presidential suite 316 was cold on arrival, radiators not on for the duration of our stay, there was air con unit for heating however wasn’t very effective. The porter was very helpful and an asset to the hotel, unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"This was my first trip to Mardin and I was extremely pleased with this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet was superb. The location was good. We were able to park our car at the hotel, which was a plus given how crowded and narrow the old city's streets are. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. "

Özellikle oda kartını yanınıza alsanız dahi sıcak odaya gelebilmek harika. Güzel düşünmüşler. Müthiş rahat uyuduk. Odada kettle, su ve çay, kahve ikramı var. Oda servisi fiyatları gayet uygun. Odalar dışarıdan oldukça az ses alıyor, bu da harika. Otel konsepti olarak oranın en eski otellerinden biri olmasına rağmen gayet modern ve gülümseten detayları var. Tebrik ederim. Diyarbakır'da zor bulunan yeni nesil kahveci ararsanız o bile 50m yanınızda. Kahvaltısız konakladığımız için o kısma şahit olmadık. Otel aynı zamanda taksi mesafesi olarak havalimanına 15-20dk mesafede. Diyarbakır'a yeniden yolum düşerse tekrar konaklamak isterim. "

"unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the pictures did not match the reality of the room I was given. Even there was no shampoo provided and bathroom was not tiidy and clean, which is a basic amenity one would expect. Additionally, the air-conditioning system was unreliable and did not function properly, making the room uncomfortable. Parking was a headache with limited spaces and poor management. Overall, I do not recommend staying here."

"Nice hotel to stay in Mardin, the staff in hotel are so friendly and always ready to help with nice smile and the hotel is clean, special thanks for reception staff Kemal, Aziz, Ersin and Berivan and Ayman in lobby cafe and the security name Ramadhan helped me to get the bus to the airport and the house keeping staff, this all staff who make the hotel great to stay with high quality and comfortable, i'm really appreciate for all this people and all the staff in this hotel :)"
